Today I'm gonna give you some tips to curb your panic situation. Aku tau, ramai yang panic bila berlaku sesuatu yang tak dijangkakan.
We are not all soldiers, doctors or pilots but we can come in panic moments of life. Here are the seven ways to curb the panic situation..:
1. Learn CPR, AR and First Aid
- people around you will get sick or injured at some point
2. Grow your brain
- The hippocampus which calls up life experiences tp moderate fear, actually shrinks from prolonged
depression or anxiety.
- To grow back these lost cells, seek the appropriate combination of exercise, psycotheraphy and if
necessary, prescription of drugs.
3. Imagine the worst
- Don't have to worry...all you have to do is plan,plan and plan
- If you commute the public transport, notice the emergency exits in case of fire
- If you go hiking, imagine your response to a tiger
4. Practice makes perfect
- Don't just think about it..DO IT!
- Di fire drills routinely and if at the lake or sea, stimulate drowning rescues
5. SAP at 100
- What is SAP ? Rescue team should remember this acronym for STOP, ASSESS and PLAN at 100 metres
- The first impulse is not always the best. Keep a SAFE distance from fires, snakes, maniacs, you name it,
until you have decided the most useful strategy. Use your logical mind!
6. Determine risks versus benefits
- The key for the PLAN step of SAP
- Calculate the odds.
- NEVER endanger more people than would be saved.
7. Prioritise
- Prossionals use these scales :
RED - critically injured people
YELLOW - moderate injury or illness
GREEN - good to go
- Apply these logics to your own disaster
